Eliezer Manor

Eliezer Manor is the President and Founder of Shirat Enterprises Ltd.

Eliezer is experienced in:

  • Hi-Tech Entrepreneurship - founder of many start-up companies in Israel and in the US

  • Nurturing models for start-up hi-tech companies, used in the Israeli successful type of technological incubators, and active board member in several of them

  • Venture Capital - Co-founder of "Mofet" Venture Capital fund in Israel and Global Cayalyst Partners (GCP) Venture Capital in the US (Silicon Valley), as well as  the IVA – Israel VC Association

  • Corporate VC - with Électricité de France and Dow Chemical, in the field of open innovation for identification of advanced Israeli companies with advanced technologies

  • Angel investments in high-tech start-ups

  • Investment Banking - International operations (WJ Hopper)

  • Stock Markets - among the founders and shareholders in EASDAQ

  • Board membership of private and public hi-tech companies

  • Education: M.Sc. in Physics from the Weizmann Institute of Science, Israel

  • Author of a series of books on the Israeli experience in high tech entrepreneurship and venture capital - From Start-up to Smart-up and a book on encouraging entrepreneurship in young ages - The Little Innovator (to be published in 2018)

Dov Mishor is Partner in Shirat and experienced in:

  • R&D National Policies - former Adviser to the Israeli National Council for Research & Development

  • Manufacturing Industry - former VP Finance of Israel Chemical Industries

  • Banking - former Executive VP of United Mizrachi Bank, former Director of Bank Leumi, Israel, and former Director and Chairman of Audit Committee – Mizrahi –Tefahot Bank, Israel

  • Education: M.A. in Economics from the Hebrew University, Jerusalem

Guy Dassa

Guy Dassa is Shirat Enterprises General Counsel & Head of Finance. 

Guy is a certified Lawyer & CPA and has EMBA from the Tel Aviv University.

Guy has extensive international managerial experience with relocation periods at Europe, serving as the professional CEO's assistant for a multinational company, and at the Far East managing a US subsidiary.

Previously Guy managed the supply chain and operations of an Israeli publicly traded company, responsible for all its activities at China.

Guy currently overseas all Legal, HR and Finance operation aspects of Shirat's activities in Israel and China.

Shiri Manor Tobias

Shiri Manor Tobias is a project manager dealing with our summer youth camp  - The Smart Up Camp and  our philanthropy project  - "Neshama".

  • Education: B.Sc & M.Sc  from the Hebrew university Jerusalem Israel.
